Marella Orecchiette Artisan Pasta
This organic artisan pasta is famous for its unique shapes and specially selected, pure wheat blends sourced exclusively in Italy (Altamura and Tavoliere d'Italia)
Unlike industrial pastas, many of Marella's cuts are handcrafted using traditional methods. The dough is extruded through bronze dies and then air dried at 37 degrees celcius for 2-3 days. The result is a fragrant, flavourful pasta which expands when cooked, maintains it's beautiful shape and is ideal for holding sauce.
